hello sir . My son is 1 year 2 month old. it is very thin,weak .Eats everything but is not getting fat . ... So tell me something about this.

If No child is having proper weight your child is reaching all the milestones and don’t worry about the body stop that it is not necessary for a child to be fat it is important for your child to be healthy if your child is healthy that way then it’s fine otherwise you consult a nutritionist once for this
