hello sir My son falls ill very often what can do and he weights only 18 kg and he looks very thin

A. hello dear Mum the weight for age of your child is fine and normal balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity. daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, powdered nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included. outdoor play important encourage good hygiene hand wash
