my daughter was very thin and ill every month

A. dear parent, your daughters immunity should be improved. balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity.baby's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts, dry fruits. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger should be included.
