hello sir my child is 3 months old , doctor gave him mactase drops (lactase enzyme drops ). but due to curfew we not get same drops . chemist gave us etazyme drops ( fungal diastase and pepsin drops) , is that same. can we gave these drops to child

A. hello sometimes the similar components drugs are given when one is not available and it is not a problem too and would recommend you to check with the component and then proceed before you give it for the baby which would be better too
