hello sir my 2.5 month kids is have foot and mouth disease 2 time in last 3 month what medication required for him

Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever comhie and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty yof liquids to maintain proper hydration and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally
