Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the bodgy along with oral ulcerations so  give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration and  maintain a good hygiene . Some  multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . Fuor oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally

In such case you have to consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you are after examining baby. And it can be cured with the help of antibiotics only. So concerned with your doctor about it so first and give medication only advised by the doctor.
