Hello, sir / mom my daughter is 1 year old 10 days for 3 days and fever blood test and urine test. Everything is right but my daughter does not eat food for 3 days and only mother milk. It is often alley and tell me what happened and what we do

A. It g itapprns in fever as the baby looses appetite so try giving fruits soups liquid diet and semi solids gradually start solids and keep feeding on regular intervals take care
