hello sir/ mamm my son is 45 days old every night he is getting stomach pain is he crying to much we r giving him gripe water also any suggestion

A. hello dear parent , avoid giving it as it can risk infection only exclusively breastfeed till 6 mths complete burp baby after every feed keep in upright position for sonetime after feed baby cry for even comfort of being held
