hello sir /mam ..muje 3 months girl baby hai mujhe normal delivery huva hai..kya may surya namaskar and thoda abs workout kar sakti hu...mera pate delivery ke baad bhi 4/5 months ka baby carring jaise dikthi hai kam karne keliye muje kya karna padega ...our food me kya lena padega please bathadijiye....

A. well its better yiy wait more as thats the minimum time yiu need to heal yiur body. taje lors of fruits abs vegetables abd try a high protein diet daily ok

A. hi you can start any workout after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning maintain good hygiene
