hello sir/mam, I have a small patch of pimples on my son's face... what could be the reason and remedy? please let me know..! thank you..!

A. good morning I would recommend that you should try to visit a doctor for a proper clinical examination he would be able to guide you after the check up that what would be the best medication for the child
