no there's nothing to worry as sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth..it can erupt anytime upto the age of 15-18 months.
so wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething
AkshataMom of a 5 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent,
I have seen this same issue with my child as well. He is 11 and half months old now. Last month I had a talk with paed, he said due to calcium deficiency, child's teething is delayed. He suggested to give him calcium syrup 2.5ml twice daily. I started giving him the syrup when he was 10 months. Now I can see some white sharp tooth on his gums finally.
