Hello sir, last week back we came his grandmother house that is from one state to another now my son skin is getting red..is this any allergy or something else...

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. needs to be examined or change in temperature is causing flushing etc It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

These can be heat rashes.
Apply himalaya prickly heat powder on the skin.
This will help to give relief.
if no improvement then consult your doctor for the same.
