hello sir I need to ask you, I have a 3 month old baby whose ear is producing a lot of liquid wax. what to do

You should get it checked with an ENT doctor because sometimes it is not wax that’s what we get confused but sometimes it could be due to an infection only so it would be advisable for you that you should consult your doctor one time they’ll give you proper help and response to
