Hello Sir, I am using Allegra 120mg tablet for treating skin allergy. Is it safe to breast fead. my kid is 5 and half month old.

A. It is quite safe to use Allegra while breastfeeding. However, all drugs pass into breast milk in some amounts. So, fexofenadine may pass into breast milk in low doses. Therefore, if you are nursing your child, use any drug only after seeking approval from your doctor..

Q. i have allergy on face it's like small red bumps and skin has erupted. skin has bumps. irritation is there on the skin ( khujli ho rahi hai effected areas pe on the face). it seems to be some food allergy or any reaction to any product on face. i have taken Allegra and did not breastfeed since taken Allegra. pls confirm is Allegra safe during breast feed. if not then after completion of the medication how do I take that off from my breast milk and from when can I start breast feeding
