Hello sir Good afternoon . Now m 28 yrs old. from 5 month child I had cough problem.. in rainy season it I'll become more.. I can't go out ..I can't touch cold water.. in raining season my health gets upset. wt to do.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after the exact cause is diagnosed.
As the first line of treatment for relief you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syrup should be given only after a proper evaluation according to the type of cough .self medication may not be so helpful so please consult your doctn.o.oor once. if the cough is productive you can give brozeet-ls or ambrodil syrup for now only n continue only after doctor's advice.
