Hello my son is 4.6 years old and and every alternate day he gets cold. This is happening since he was 2 years old. We even consulted many doctors but there seems no permanent solution. we even avoid giving him chocolates all other cold fruits and vegetables. A. it appears to be an allergic cough/cold, common in children. these symptoms, often without fever, can last weeks. they are triggered by temperature changes, food, cold, dust, smoke, and pollen allergies, typically causing coughs in evenings, nights, or mornings. a doctor's examination is needed to start anti-allergic medicines, possibly for at least a month, and determine if inhaler therapy or nebulization is necessary. uncontrolledd allergies may lead to other respiratory infections requiring additional treatment. d
