Hello, my daughter will be 4 years old this month.. She is talking very little..She understands things which I instruct...She talks necessary sentences only like "bhuk lagali" , "pee ali" "milk pahije" etc. other than these she can't communicate other things...If I ask questions, she is able to answer, but she is not communicating it. she is not giving answers to basic questions like what is your name? what is your school name and many times she doesn't respond to the third person who is asking her the question.
please help me and suggest solution

it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is havingd any development delay or not.
the child will be assessedd for four major milestones that is 
1.gross motor milestone 
2.fine motor milestone 
3.social milestone 
4.language milestone.
