Hello my daughter is 3months old today, she is continuously pooping watery loosies after every feed from last 3- 4 days, what precautions I should do n what should I do to stop it

A. dear mum, you should consult your baby's doctor since your baby is suffering from watery poop. it can be due to some sort of stomach infection. you should maintain adequate hygiene.
