Hello My daughter is 1 yr 4 months old.... She has cough and cold....please suggest me a cough syrup for her... Thanks in advance

A. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. For cold you caxn give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to xclimate changes and temperature variations . If fever is present give paracetamol.
