NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also include khus khus which also is effective
