Hello, My baby is 29 days old. He is exclusively on breastfeeding. He is passing watery stools frequently. Also getting normal stools. He also becomes gassy and fussy. pls suggest.

A. thank you so much for your response. What can I do for gass. He's gassy almost everyday and becomes fussy.

A. no need to worry if the baby is a mother's milk. some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times
