Hello. My baby girl is now 2 yr 7 month. and till now she does not speak properly a sentence. she can speak lot of words and few rhymes. but she can not ask something rather she points that items to bring her. She can identify many vegetables, animals, shapes and also 1 to 10 and A to Z and their words like A for apple etc. now I am very much concerned about how to improve her, so that she can communicate.

if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will graadually come. 
try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.
