Hello .. My baby girl is 7 months old and small dots are appearing on her face, chest & shoulder.. Is this some kind of allergy or something.else?

If you would have shared a picture it would have been easy to understand but right now if it is spread then it is advisable to have an assessment with your doctor I cannot confirm about anything so it would be good to check with regarding the current situation your doctor
