Hello, my baby 4 months old and I feed only breast milk, how can I know breast milk is enough to him?

A. So after taking a feeding it is important to be seen that the child should be full for at least 2 to 3 hours after taking one feeding then should get a minimum of 500 g in a month that is the thing that is enough for the child
