Hi, My baby is 10 days old and I'm not getting enough breast milk to feed the baby. Can u suggest anything to improve breast milk?

A. Hi, have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take iron and calcium supplement until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist. Take adequate liquid. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Take adequate rest. You can take lactose granules. Please check with your doctor once before taking.Write Your Answer Here
