ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello Dear mum yes you can have Luke warm lemon water early in the morning on empty stomach also start doing some yoga and stretching exercise have salad before your lunch and your dinner avoid oily fried and junk food and reduce the intake of sugar and sweets
