Hello mam, My last period date is 29th May aur 12th June ko mera ovulation hua tha....25 & 26 June ko mujhe sirf ek bar spoting hui aur 27 ko kuch bhi nahi hua fir se 28 June ko mujhe spoting hui mam kya ye implantation bleeding hai .....aur mujhe pregnancy test kab karna chahiye.

A. today. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
