hello mam, my baby is completed six months can i give apple puree to my baby directly or apple should boiled it

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should boil the apple first in a pressure cooker, then mash it properly and then prepare a purée. Do not give apple directly without boiling. Give other fruits as well.
