can I give apple puree to my six months old baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. definitely, it's a very good first food.. You can boil or steam apple both, post mashed it or make it's puree, but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yes But please do not steam it because I said as you stealing it is just going to kill all the nutrients into the fruit so it’s very important that you never ever sleep now you can give me draw you can add some milk and then you just give it to the child
