Hello mam ,my baby is 3 months old and I am getting fatty milk does it effects baby health And wat to do to get watery milk Which breast milk is best fatty or watery

A. if the baby is 3 months old so you should give exclusive breastfeeding to the baby and breast milk contains foremilk and hindmilk both are equally important for the baby for more detail consult your doctor

Q. Hi, My baby is 38 days old, initially weight not increased due to breastfeeding issues as my milk looks like watery content...Doctor said baby will increase weight in fatty milk or thick milk so that he suggested breastfeed milk plus formula milk for every feed following that till now...My question is there is any difference between watery milk or fatty milk still I found I have less supply of thick milk, due to this for every feed I pump out all watery milk out and make her drink fatty milk atlast...Kindly advice about my Lactation which is right or wrong.
