hello mam Mera beta 2 yr 4 months ka hai aur vo raat ko sone se pahle teeth ko pesta hai.

You should go for deworming your child as this kind of situation is mostly seen when there is warms in the tummy of the child so you can check with your doctor what medication should you be giving that you have to take a confirmation with the doctor that this is basically because of worms in the tummy only
