Hello mam….I’m a mother of 1month 7days old baby girl….plz suggest any tonic or diet for general weakness….my baby is on breast feeding

A. u should continue with pre natal supplements calcium iron supplements fr three months hv mother horlicks hv healthy and balanced diet.. stay hydrated... take care.. it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths
