hi mam,my daughter 7 year old .she is going for tools 5 times a day f on 3 days

A. Hi parent You should avoid giving milk for now Give her more probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc Use easy to digest food only n don't. give her oily food or food that just tough to digest take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
