hello mam good morning I want to ask about the fhr in ultrasound sound what about the baby heart beat is it normal if it h 140 last ultrasound report it move to153 plz help me to know many people talking about myths is it correct about the child gender or not.i don't believe in these myths but I want to just clear doubts

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Fetal heart rate doesn’t determine the gender of the baby so don’t focus on that.
As long as the fetal health rate is between 120-160 it is considered as normal

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
