hello mam,after starting solid meal it's hard for vihaan during potty time.His is having constipation

A. Solid means semi solid state always must contain 50 percent food and 50 percent water. These kind if mixture give good health and baby will be hydrated well and the baby wont pain during discharge of motion. Even hot water can be given before taking food, this is well and good.
