hello mam..2019 Oct mai mera baby hua tha..c section se..to keya mai ghar par ab exercise start krr skti hu ya nhi??mtlv stitches ko koi problem to nhi hogi??KBB start kru mai exercise?? pls tell me..

A. mam pls app kisi se puch kar btado..exectally timing..becoz hum new jgah shift huye hai..or doc ka num bhi misplace hai..to plss koi btado exact time..ki abhi start kru exercise ki nhi

A. Once You complete about 8 to 9 months of your C-section delivery then you can go for mild exercises and gradually you can go for extreme exercises but before that it is always recommended to get a final check up done with your gynaecologist so you have a thumbs up that your stitches are fine and you can go for any kind of exercises it’s better not to take a chance
