hello madam i am mithravinda. i have 3 months baby. can i use lactare tablets for breast milk? can u please suggest the dosage

A. Hi Mom Yes you can take it daily one tablet Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet fruits fenugreek butter ghee rich food Take healthy nutritious food to increase your milk production Give feeding every two hours of feeding every Stay hydrated
