hello maam i have deliverd my baby through c section and my baby is 3 months old i m gaining weight day by day what should i do to control my weight

You Or get a thyroid test done for yourself to be more sure about it because when a person is having thyroid they can gain weight like this only so you go ahead with that and also as of now you should focus on eating well because you’re breastfeeding the child later you work on reduction of it
