hello maam, my delivery was through c section 28th march 2022, what precautions I have to take and what can I eat now onwards

As it has been more than couple of months , you may take almost all food but avoid heavy to digest food
avoid packaged and processed food, maida items
use simply purified water having tds higher 350
include more soups and probiotics in her diet
