first ,i advise to give healthy and well balanced,homemade diet to your child.
second , include atleast one serving of citrus fruits in your child diet , vitamin C rich fruits i.e
oranges ,amala , kiwis etc help to build strong immunity of child
third , ensure that your child drinks enough water ,it is equally important as it helps in easy digestion.
