hello ma'am my babies are 10 kg. & 10.3 kg. and they will complete 1 year on 6 sep, 25 so can I continue d3 ..?And I want to continue but don't know dose plz tell me , I'm having 800 iu .

A. hello supplement are usually given till one year and after that if needed then the doctor will advise for it which should then be good n absolutely no worries .
