hello ma'am, how should I increase my breast milk?in a day how many times should I feed my baby to fulfill his hunger.

A. Hi mom Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm The more you feed the more milk production will be there.
