hello it's been 20 days of my c section...I was having only brown spots like bleeding since yesterday but after making my baby bath by myself I was having periods like cramps and period also since yesterday...bleeding is not so heavy but it's dark red in color..now I am worried whether it's normal or internally bleeding...please help
