hello, im mom of 4.5 months baby. After 1 month of my delivery im facing pain in my both wrist. its not swelled but m not able to pick my baby properly though he is only 4 kg and i need to make balance as well. Also in 1 wrist i can see dal like pointed seems to b bone out slightly and the time i rotate my wrist i can feel the sound. kindly suggest the reason.

Hello ma’am Please consult a Doctor Who specialises in the bone area as he would be the right person to guide you in adviser for the same maybe your phone is tilted a little and a little pointed towards outside which is why this pain is happening so for the temporary basis you can take a medicine but you may have to undergo a small surgery to get it fixed
