hello, I have swelling in my ankle and foot.. pls suggest i am 8th month pregnant

Ankle swelling may be related to blood pressure or due to sugar, so get proper investigation done about these 2 and also have a proper check up with your doctor . you can use 2 pillows under your legs while sleeping which will help reduce to some extent
