hello I have got earache due to cold. what I should do? am a breastfeeding mother

ExpertVarsha PramodhNutritionist7 years agoA. Just keep sipping warm liquids, green tea, turmeric milk etc these will improve the cold. Also take steam inhalation with hot water and eucalyptus oil. this will help to clear your passage and will also releive the ear pain.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 17 yr 3 m old boy7 years agoA. it is quite common to have an earache when you have severe cold due to the mucus production and sometime a a passage block between node and ear. take steam 2-3 times in a day and try to clear away all the mucus. don't blow put too hard. if the pain is too much and unbearable then please consult an ENT . he will examine and give you suitable drops in case there is an ear infection. you can ask for some oain killers as well which suit you while breastfeeding.
