hello, I have C-section delivery. how should I get flat belly please suggest the diet plan, now am looking like 7th month pregnant lady and also am giving feeding to my baby

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. se cut on gher n junk and sugar. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
