Q.
hello, I have a baby girl who is 1 year old. from last 3days onwards she is having a fever.. on Sunday itself we consulted a doctor and she said it is a viral fever and given medication for 2days.. but day time my daughter not getting any fever, in the night only fever is coming.. just now I checked temparature it is 100.7 please guide what to do she is having cold and cough also... please guide
