Q.
hello!! I had my c-section on 15/12/2020. I stopped bleeding after 7 days of c-section. But again bleeding started heavily today. Is it normal to start again. Yesterday I sat down for 2 - 3 hrs. Is it because of that or it's normal. please let me know doctors.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. First of all you’re not supposed to sit down or even bend until six months after surgery. That will put extra pressure on your abdomen. Secondly bleeding can continue even under 42 days after delivery.
But the intensity will reduce as a time progresses.
