Q.

Hello, I am a new mom with six month old. My son always wants to be held and walk around house. He is strong willed in every aspect and screams to a great extent when we don’t pick him up. Any tips on how to get rid of this habit of always being held. I tried to let him cry for few minutes before picking him up but didn’t work. Thank you in advance.

A. Hello ma’am First your child should start sitting independently by after the eight months of age only your child can start working with your support and all because initially once a child sits by the age of eight months and then a child starts to crawl and then starts to hold stuff understand and start working. But as of now if your child likes to do it a little you can do it for a while and then make your child sit with support so that your child starts to sit independently at an early age
